Back in action after a week off from NFL DFS, it's time to forego the long introduction and get right into the top plays of the week. With the Steelers, Giants and Saints all off this week, some solid fantasy options won't be available for players, but there's still plenty of good to choose from.

If Derek Carr was playing at home, he'd be the perfect play, but we'll have to settle for very good. Raiders-Lions projects to be a shootout, and the Detroit secondary has struggled all season. Carr is still priced moderately at $6,300 and has at least 22 fantasy points in four straight games, with two 30-point performances mixed in.
